To create an account, go to My Account and click Create an Account and follow the instructions.

Please note that if you have ordered with us previously over the phone or in person, you will need to set up an online account.

To change your password, log in to your account and select My Account where you will be able to change your password.

If you have forgotten your password, select Forgot Password, and follow the link sent via email.

If an item is out of stock, we recommend you signing up to our mailing list for updates on any restocks. Alternatively, please contact a member of the team to request further information sales@avecsport.com.

Please note that all items in our Outlet have been discontinued and will not be restocked.

 

 
Orders

To receive an Avec quotation for Team Kit, please email us at sales@avecsport.com with your team’s name, artwork requirements, and products with sizes and a member of our sales team will be in touch.

Samples can be ordered online and be returned for a full refund subject to our returns policy.

Step 1: Add item(s) into your basket by selecting size and colour and click Add to Bag.

Step 2: Checkout when the item selection has been completed.

Step 3: Log into your Avec account or create an account.

Step 4: Complete shipping and billing information.

Step 5: Complete payment information and click confirm to place the order. You will receive an email to confirm your order.

If you require personalisation, simply click on Customise Your Kit on the product page to upload and preview your artwork. For more information, please see our step-to-step video guide here.

To view stock availability for a product, find the product page and select Buying for a Team on the product page and view our up-to-date stock levels across all sizes and any restocks about to come into our warehouse.

Order non-personalised items for Next Day delivery before 1pm Monday to Friday and your order will be dispatched the same day. There are several options at the checkout for the type of service you wish to choose for delivery.

For personalised orders, we aim to have your artwork approved within 5 working days. Once all the artwork is approved, your order should be completed within 21 days. However, this can vary depending on the size of your order and our peak periods.

In the rare occasion that an item is unavailable, we will dispatch the rest of your order and the missing items will be refunded within 3-5 working days.

During busy periods it can sometimes take up to two working days for your order to be dispatched. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday, through to Sunday evening will be processed on a Monday.

Please note that delivery times may take longer around Bank Holidays & Public Holidays (Christmas, New Year etc).

To view your order status, log in to your account and view order status. It typically takes 1-2 working days for a non-personalised order to be shipped, personalised orders can take up to 21 working days. If you need further assistance, please email us at sales@avecsport.com.

Any orders that contain a pre-order item will only be dispatched once the entire order can be fulfilled. If you need to receive the items sooner than the advised dispatched date for the pre-order item, please ensure you place two separate orders so that they can be dispatched as soon as possible.

We may be able to make changes to your order once the order has been placed, which includes changing an item or size, or delivery/billing address.

Please note: Changes or cancellations on personalised orders are only possible if your order hasn’t entered any stage of production. For non-personalised orders, cancellations are only possible if your order has not been completed.

If your order has already been processed, another delivery charge may be applied to change addresses, and we cannot be held responsible if an order goes missing due to incorrect information provided. We would not be liable to refund/replace this order.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to add items to your order. We recommend placing a new order online, and if possible, we will group your orders together and refund your delivery charge where possible.

Delivery

We offer a free collection service which allows you to collect directly from our Head Office, simply select Warehouse Collection at the checkout.

Order non-personalised items before 1pm GMT Monday to Thursday and your order will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched same day however it will be delivery on the following Monday.

All our orders are dispatched using DPD once your order has been completed. Our delivery charges (inc VAT) are:

  • Collect In-Store - Free
  • DPD Standard (UK excluding NI) - £3.95
  • DPD Next Day Delivery (UK excluding NI) - £5.95
  • DPD 2 Day Standard (Northern Ireland) - £12.00
  • DPD Ship to store (UK excluding NI) - £5.95 (Comment out for launch of new site)
  • Any order over £250.00 will qualify for FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY.

Unfortunately, we currently don’t accept international orders. However, this is something that we are looking to offer in the future.

Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive a SMS or email from DPD with tracking details. We recommend downloading the DPD app for live updates from DPD.

All orders are dispatched via DPD and will require a signature for the goods.

Use the DPD app or DPD tracking link to change the delivery date, arrange to leave your parcel somewhere safe at the delivery address, deliver it to your neighbour, drop it off at your local shop, or come to the depot to pick it up.

Generally if an attempted delivery is not successful and you have not selected another option DPD will automatically leave the parcel at the closest DPD Drop Off location for you to collect.

Please note: if your parcel is returned to us after a failed delivery attempt to the correct address, another delivery charge may be applied.

On receiving your parcel, any physical damage should be reported immediately to the DPD driver. You must inform us of any discrepancies within 24 hours of signing for your order, so this can be investigated.

 
Returns

    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, non-personalised*, in its original packaging including tags, and sent back to us within 28 days of receiving your order.

 

    • Garments must NOT be worn, washed, or altered in any way. Please note that garments can be tried on for size only.

 

    • Returns will not be accepted if the original tags are not attached.

 

    • We offer exchanges on like for like items due to a fault. To speed up our service, if you wish to exchange for a different size/colour or item, please place a new order with us, and we will refund the returned item to your account as soon as we receive it.

 

    • We are unable to accept returns of items that have been personalised* unless the item is deemed faulted. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

    • We reserve the right to refuse any returns that are shipped after the 28-day grace period has expired or items not returned to us in their original condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

    • Socks and Body Fit can only be returned if they are fully sealed in its original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for worn garments within these products ranges.

*Please note that any personalised items including embroidery or printing, such as team or school badges, initials, or numbers cannot be returned. If you are unsure on your size, please check our size guide or order a sample.

We are sorry that you received a faulty, missing, or incorrect item.

To get this resolved as quickly as possible, please contact a member of our team at sales@avecsport.com and provide the following:

    • Order number
    • Clear photo evidence of the fault or incorrect item received including Avec logo
    • The name of the faulty or incorrect/missing item.

Please do not return any damaged or incorrect goods unless advised by a member of the team, this may result in slower resolution time. All claims for damaged or incorrect/missing items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

If there’s a fault with your item after the 28 days of receiving your item, but before 6 months of having your item. Please contact us at sales@avecsport.com.

We are currently unable to offer a free UK returns service; you will be responsible for the cost of your return unless stated otherwise.

Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive a SMS or email from DPD with tracking details. We recommend downloading the DPD app for live updates from DPD.

Please enter your DPD tracking number here to see if we have received your order back to our warehouse. (Comment out for launch of new site)

Please allow up to 3-5 working days for us to process returns from the date delivered to our warehouse. Once we have received your return, we will process this for you and the money should appear in your account within 7 working days.

Kit Builder

To use our Kit Builder simply click on Customise Your Kit on the product page, this will open a drop-down menu which allows you to upload team crests, sponsors, and squad printing. Once uploaded, you will be able to see a preview of your artwork on the kit.

Our Kit Builder only accepts the following file types: JPEG and PNG. If your artwork is saved in another format, we recommend converting your artwork to one of the two file types and reuploading.

If your artwork is in a Vector/Photoshop/PDF format you can send that to us via artwork@avecsport.com. You can also use this address for any issues you are having regarding artwork.

The preview is for illustrative purposes only, all new artwork will be sent to you for your approval before your order moves into production.

The set-up fee should be ticked if you are uploading new artwork or if you are selecting new artwork that hasn’t been set up previously. If a set-up fee has already been applied to another order and you know we have the badge on file, the set-up doesn’t need to be ticked.

If you are unsure whether we have your artwork on file, we recommend paying the set-up fee to get your artwork approved quickly, and we will refund the artwork if we have it on file.

Alternatively, contact us atartwork@avecsport.com and we will check if we have your artwork on file.

Our preview allows 12 characters and is based on adult sizes, we may not be able to fit longer names on junior sizes as our names are a standard size. If this situation arises, we will be in touch to discuss your options.

Our squad printing for our Team Kit Builder uses specially selected Avec font in selected colourways, which aims to keep the process simple and effective for our customer. For more information on our applications, please visit here .

Bespoke

We offer bespoke kits to Large Grassroots, Semi-Professional, or Professional Clubs subject to committing to a minimum number of units per colour, per style over a two-year period. All our bespoke kits must meet our minimum criteria.
