DELIVERY AND RETURNS

DELIVERY

Once we have received your order and confirmed that everything is in stock and none of the items ordered required personalisation (Club Crest, Sponsor Logo or Squad Printing) we aim to despatch your order same day if ordered before 12pm (during working days) otherwise it will be despatched next working day.

If any of your items require personalisation then we aim to have your artwork approval image to you within 5 working days of your order being placed. We will then aim to despatch your order within 3 weeks from you approving the artwork, this can vary depending on the type of application and our busy periods.

Our standard UK Delivery charge is £5.95 for all orders under £250.00, any order over £250.00 will receive FREE DELVIERY.

If you notice any mistakes on your selected delivery address please “Contact Us” as soon as possible, especially if you qualify for the same day despatch, as once the order has been despatched the delivery address cannot be amended and we may apply another delivery charge.

We currently don’t offer a delivery option online for orders outside of the UK due to the big differences that can occur, however if you wish to order from outside of the UK please “Contact Us” and our sales team will help organise a delivery quote and then place your order.

All orders are sent via a courier and therefore will need to be signed for. On the morning of the day of delivery you will receive an email informing you of a delivery time slot. If you miss the delivery you should receive a “Missed Delivery” card detailing what will happen next. If the parcel is returned to us due to failure to accept the delivery and all delivery details have been processed correctly, we will ask for another delivery payment before attempting to resend the parcel.

On receiving your order any physical damage to any packets or boxes should be highlighted and reported to the delivery driver. You must inform us of any delivery discrepancies within 24 hours of signing for the delivery, this will then be investigated and if agreed the correct items will be processed and despatched.

RETURNS

You can return an item back to us within 28 days of delivery of your order, the items must be returned in an unused condition with all packaging and tags intact. We are unable to accept items that have been personalised unless the item is deemed faulted.

To help speed up the return process please fill in a RETURN REQUEST which can be found in your My Account -> Orders -> select the corresponding order and you will see the link for returns request, fill in the form and submit it to us, you should be given a return number please include this along with any other information you wish to send with the return. Failure to submit a return request online could slow the return process.

All returned items will be inspected and if agreed the selected return action will be processed. If a refund is requested please all 5 working days from us receiving your order back to process your refund.
