With the festive season almost upon us, make sure you leave plenty of time to place your orders with us if you require any embellishments on your items.
Our offices and warehouse will be closed for a Christmas shutdown from Friday 20th December through to Thursday 2nd January, so to ensure we can get your order in our festive product queue and dispatched to you, please check out the order deadlines below:
Orders that do not require any applications - THURSDAY 19th DECEMBER
Customers have until Midday on Thursday 19th December to place their orders with us for pre-Christmas delivery if they do not require any applications on their order. Your order will be shipped on the same day and will arrive with you by Christmas Eve.
Orders that require embroidery - FRIDAY 29th NOVEMBER
Our current lead times on embroidered items is 3 weeks due to a high volume of orders at this time of year. We will, of course, endeavour to turn around orders as quickly as possible, but ask customers to have their orders placed by Friday 29th November, to give us enough time to ensure your order has left us prior to Friday 20th December.
Orders that require heat applications - FRIDAY 6th DECEMBER
If you require any heat applications such as sponsor logos, club badges, numbering or initials, we are that your order is placed by Friday 6th December.
We will endeavour to still do our best to get out any orders that arrive after these deadlines before Christmas, but will not be able to guarantee these will be dispatched prior to Christmas.
Please be aware that if you place an order with us between Midday on Thursday 19th December - Wednesday 1st January, that these orders will not be processed until Thursday 2nd January as our offices will be closed.
