How do I Place An Order?

If your order does not require any personalisation, just add your chosen products to the basket and check out. Please note, you will need to create an account to proceed with check out.

If you are using our kitbuilder and adding customisation to your kit then please sign up or log in to your account, then simply follow the step by step process of the kitbuilder. Any previously uploaded artwork will be stored in your account so can easily be uploaded in the kitbuilder.

What is your Stock availability?

Our stock availablity can been seen on each product page under "Size & Availabilty".

We try our best to keep these values as up to date as possible however due to multiple sales channels this quantity can be slightly different by the order is received by us, if we no longer have the required stock for your order a member of our sales teams will contact you as soon as possible.

Where is my order?

If you have not received a "Shipped" email and you would like to check on the progress of your order please submit a Support Ticket and a member of our team will respond as soon as possible.

If you have received your "Shipped" email you should receive an email the following working day to give you an hour delivery time slot. If this has not happened or if your delivery has not arrived please contact us on 01388 814800.

How do i make changes to my order?

If you have placed your order and notice a mistake or require to make a change please contact us on 01388 814800 as soon as possible to discuss the changes. If you have ordered before 12PM on a weekday and qualify for Same Day Despatch please contact us before 3:30PM otherwise we may be unable to stop your order from being despatched.

Can I pick up from your Durham Unit?

Yes, during the checkout please select "Durham Unit Pickup" as your Delivery Method. Once your order is ready for pickup we will contact you to inform of this and arrange a suitable time to collect.

Can I get next day delivery?

Yes, All of our orders are sent Next Working Day Delivery via a courier when the order is ready to be despatched, this means that a signature will be required when recieving the delivery. You should also recieve an email on the morning of the day of delivery stating an hour time window when the delivery should arrive.

How long will it take to recieve my delivery?

Any orders recieved Monday to Friday before 12PM, that does not require any customisation (crest's, logo's or squad printing) will be sent out the same day for Next Working Day Delivery.

For orders that do have customisation please allow for up to 3 weeks to recieve your order, this timeframe can differ depending if it is new or exisiting artwork.

I have missed my delivery what should i do?

If you were not in when your delivery was attempted you should receive a "You were not in card" this will provide details on what will happen for re-deliveries and options available to you.

Something is wrong with my delivery.

If you receive your delivery and the external packaging is badly damaged please make the delivery driver aware of this so it can be logged.

If you find that there is something wrong with your order once delivered (faulty, missing or incorrect) you must contact us either via a Support Ticket or by calling 01388 814800 us within 3 working days of delivery.

How do i return/exchange items?

If you need to return items to us you may do so as long as it is within 28 days of delivery, the items must be in a resalable state (unless faulty) with all orignal packaging and tags. Please fill out the "Returns Form" that you should receive in your order and return this with your returned items to the below address. By filling in the "Returns Form" it will speed up the returns process.

Can I return customised items?

Customised items can only be returned if:

  1. The item is deemed to be faulty.
  2. The customisation that has been applied does not match the artwork that was signed off.
  3. Squad printing that has been applied has been applied incorrectly by ourselves (mis-spelling, printed on to incorrect item etc).

How long will it take to receive my refund?

You should receive your refund within 3-5 working days from the date the goods are received back to us and they have been inspected and your reason for return verified. If we deem your reason for return is not justified we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the issue.

Does the multibuy offer cover multiple orders?

No, The multibuy quantity tiers reset with each new order, so you must purchase the required quantities in a single order to receive the discount.

What are the Multibuy Tiers?

The below products will qualify for the multibuy offer when the quantity tier has been reached and is based on per colour.

Example: if you buy 14x VIBRANT JSY in NEON RED that item will qualify for the 10% discount, however buying 7x VIBRANT JSY in NEON RED and 7x VIBRANT JSY in NEON YELLOW will not qualify for the discount.

PLEASE NOTE: The multibuy discount only applies to the base price of the item and not any additional customisation. The multibuy discount does not apply to any items that are already discounted or part of a promotion.

Why do I have to log in to use the Kit Builder?

We require you to log in before using the Kit Builder feature so any logo's that are created or uploaded are saved correctly ready to be recalled when used by the Kit Builder to create the image previews.

Why won't my image upload?

Our online kit builder can only accept the following image file types (.jpg, .gif and .png), if you are attempting to upload any other file type our kit builder will be unable to accept it, if this is the case, if you are able to save your artwork in one of the 3 file types above please do that and try to upload your artwork again, if you are unable to use one of the 3 file types please contact us.

My artwork doesn't look right on the preview?

Don't worry, we have programmed our Kit Builder to handle and postion images as best as we can in the preview, however there will be times when the images don't look right on the preview, in this case please continue with the process our designers will look at the positioning and produce a new image for you to approve before any work begins applying logo's to items.

Should I select the Setup Fee box?

YES if:

  1. you are uploading a new logo. (please see point "a" under NO)
  2. you are selecting a logo you have previously uploaded however you haven't ordered and paid a setup fee before. (please see point "a" under NO)

NO if:

  1. you have already bought from us before and you believe we already have the logo created.
  2. you are applying the logo to a second item and you have already clicked the setup fee on the first item.

Why are you saying my squad printing won't fit when it does on the preview?

We have set our squad printing online preview to allow 12 characters however this is based on an adult size item, as you get to the smaller junior sizes the available printing space on the item may mean we can't fit longer names as our squad letters only come in one size. If this situation ever arises we will contact you to inform and discuss any solutions.

What do you do with my personal information?

We only use your personal information to process your order and if you have opted-in to our newsletter we'll drop you a e-mail once in a while about our latest products. For our full privacy notice, please click here.

Are you able to make a bespoke kit for my team?

Whilst we do try to make every colourway we possibly can available to order. We understand thought that sometimes your clubs colours are set in stone and you require a bespoke kit / design for your team. To make this a viable option, we can only offer this to clubs who are able to place large volume orders, which is more suited to a club with multiple teams. Please call us to speak to a member of our team, and discuss in more depth your requirements and if we can assist your club. 

Can you make my club an online store? 

In short, yes. However we will require a minimum amount of transactions to be placed on your website each season. We will be launching a new Team Avec+ scheme in the Summer 2020 for selected clubs. 

Don't forget, we also have a 'My Teams' area within each customers account, whereby you can set up different kits for different teams within your club. This is beneficial to use if there are just a handful of people requiring to order kit for teams within your club. Please contact us if you require more info on 'My Teams' 

Can you sponsor our Team Kit?

Due to the high volume of requests we get for sponsorship, we simply cannot offer a sponsorship to clubs. However, we offer a multi-buy system, which gives clubs discount based on volume purchased, as our way of saying thank-you. 

We have a charity game coming up, can you donate a Team Kit?

We applaud clubs for going the extra mile and showing the positive effects that the grassroots game has on helping local communities and charities. However, we receive a high number of requests on a weekly basis and it is not possible to help all these requests.
