To All of our Customers,
In line with the latest government guideliness, our offices and showroom are closed to the public.
Whilst our Showroom must close, our warehouse will remain open to dispatch all orders purchased online, and our 'Click & Collect' service will be in opperation. We'll try to keep things as 'normal' as possible to ensure orders are still going out.
We will be working with less staff on-site, to ensure we keep our staff safe and our place of work COVID safe.
So what changes are we making:
Showroom - Unfortunatly our showroom and reception area will be closed to the public until further notice, as we are in a Tier 4 area. We ask that all orders are placed via our website where possible. You can either have your order shipped to your door, or you can select 'Collection from warehouse' when you place your order. Please do not visit our warehouse, unless you have an order to pick up.
Click & Collect - Customers will be able to order their orders for collection from our Spennymoor Warehouse. However collections must take place at the door, where a pick-up point will be set up. Proceedures will be in place to ensure a contactless exchange of your order.
Payment - During the lockdown period, all orders will need to be paid for upfront, as we will be unable to complete a transaction at the door. In line with government guidelines 'click and collect' transactions will need to be completed prior to collection to ensure a 'contactless transaction'. You can make payment either online when you place your order, or if you prefer to speak to someone to place your order, then a member of our team will still be available to take your call on 01388 814800 (option 1).
