Avec Sport’s ethical policy has been developed to provide our customers with assurance that they are buying goods produced in a socially responsible manner adhering to the following:


Respect for Human Rights:

• We are committed to upholding and respecting human rights in all aspects of our operations and throughout our supply chain.


• We will not tolerate any form of forced or child labour. All workers, regardless of their role or location, must be of legal working age and must work voluntarily.


• We will ensure fair and safe working conditions for all employees, including reasonable working hours, fair wages, and access to appropriate safety equipment. Environmental Responsibility:


• We recognise the environmental impact of our operations and will strive to minimise our carbon footprint and environmental footprint.


• We will comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations and seek continual improvement in our environmental performance.


Ethical Sourcing:

• We are committed to ethical sourcing practices and will only work with suppliers who share our commitment to ethical conduct.


• We will conduct due diligence on our suppliers to ensure they adhere to our standards regarding labour practices, environmental responsibility, and ethical
business conduct. Our factories have passed both BSCI and SEDEX audits, receiving their certification.


• We will prioritize suppliers who demonstrate transparency and accountability in their operations and supply chains.
