Delivery

All our orders are dispatched using DPD once your order has been completed. Our delivery charges (inc VAT) are:

• Collect from Showroom (Spennymoor) - FREE
• DPD Standard (UK excluding NI) - £3.95
• DPD Next Working Day Delivery (UK excluding NI) - £5.95
• DPD 2 Working Day Standard (Northern Ireland) - £12.00
• DPD Ship to store (UK excluding NI) - £5.95
• Orders over £250.00 will qualify for FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY.

Orders placed before 1 pm (Mon-Thurs) that do not require any additional applications, will be dispatched for delivery on the next working day. 

Orders placed after 1pm on Friday - Sunday Evening will not be dispatched until the Monday.

If your items do require additional embellishments such as Club Badge, Sponsor or Number, whilst we endeavour to get these to you as quick as possible, we ask to allow up to 3 weeks during our peak periods for delivery. 

Returns

If you require to return an item, you must do so within 28 days of delivery and the item(s) must be in an unused condition. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept items that have had club badges or sponsor logos applied unless the item is deemed faulty. We advise you to check our size guide if you are unsure of any sizing, prior to adding any applications to a garment.

• Wash at 30° where possible. 
• Do not bleach
• Avoid fabric softener
• Wash inside out
• Do not dry clean
• Avoid tumble dry where possible (especially if heat applications have been applied) 
• Do not iron any heat applications
