After going back to the half-and-half design, their home kit for this season pays tribute to the 100th-anniversary kit from 1998/99 to celebrate their special 125th anniversary. The colours of maroon and a subdued blue blend together perfectly and are very nice on the eyes. Not to mention how well the central crest fits in with the rest of the kit. With clean edges and simple block colours - they’ve proved the saying “less is more” to be true.

Moving away from bold, dark block colours and entering a softer yet extremely effective colour scheme and design. This is one of our absolute favourites for this season! You’ve got to love a kit with a well-designed collar, and not to mention the colour scheme is very well thought out with the various shades of red complementing and contrasting the cream base beautifully. This kit makes the Adidas logo feel slightly retro - further adding to this stand-out style and eye-catching look.

The classic Dutch kits are known for their fiery oranges, however, this year their away strip has changed it up slightly by merging their iconic orange colours with two different shades of blue. Not only do the colours complement each other well but we love the rectangular print design of light blue and orange on dark blue. This design was inspired by the revered national art movement De Stijl, and we love the style! It incorporates those essential smaller details to help them stand out without feeling like it's too much!

Adidas provided some of the absolute best designs for their elite sides for the 24/25 season and Juventus’s third kit isn’t any different. Sporting a suave navy blue, adorned with gold accents and topped off with the old school Trefoil manufacturer's logo - this kit is the perfect blend of professional and stylish. The gold accents give this kit a sharp and clean look and it contrasts the blue perfectly. It’s another great example of how less is more.

A great example of colourful looks and bold designs done right - San Diego Wave is in the running for the coolest kit. It’s designed incredibly well with a nice artistic flare as Nike have gone for a beach vibe and wavy pattern for this season. It’s been very popular with supporters and is perfect if you’re looking to get your ultimate FC 25 team to stand out from the competition.
For every stunning kit, there will always be a few clubs who miss the mark with their designs. While this can happen to even the best of the best, you won’t need to suffer the same fate while building your FC 25 team. From patterns that are a little too busy to colour combinations that make your eyes feel sore, below are some of our least favourite kits of the 2024/2025 season and designs we would recommend you avoid while you’re busy building your dream team

While the combination of yellow and black isn’t the worst, the colour placement lets the kit down. The yellow front is complemented by needlessly thin strips and solid black sleeves that we think hold the kit back from looking clean and sleek. The crest on the front is a large black block that feels a bit out of place rather than flowing with the rest of the design. Each element of the kit seems like its own thing that has been attached without much thought, rather than a seamless look that ties in together.

The AC Milan kit just doesn’t hit the mark. It seems as though they were going for a less is more look with clean lines, however, unlike Juventus’ third kit that does this right - AC Milan didn’t quite live up to the same standards. Featuring lime green accents on a grey background, the colours don’t complement each other as much as gold and black do and have created more of an eye sore than a sleek-looking kit. Not to mention the cut of the collar doesn’t do the kit any favours either with its slightly awkward shape and lining.

Another eyesore, the shade of blue doesn’t complement the black as well as it should. It almost creates a neon effect that makes it hard to look at - despite the classic Nerazzurri colours, we just can’t get behind how bright the blue looks against the black. However, the colours aren’t the worst thing, and we could possibly get behind this kit if it was cleaner looking with smooth lines but the inclusion of diagonal stripes creates unneeded chaos and clashes with the classic sleek look and brings the whole kit down.

Although we loved the Juventus third kit and hailed it as one of the best from the entire 24/25 season, we can’t say the same for the Juventus away kit. It features a pale yellow with what seems to be a tie-dye design with deep blue and bright pink accents. We aren’t sure what they were thinking for this one. If they were looking to make something that stands out, then they did accomplish that - but just not in the right way in our opinion. The colours clash together rather than complement and it gives the impression that they couldn’t decide on a dedicated colour scheme. Overall, it’s not for us.

While we enjoy their home kit design, the Barcalona third kit features a lime green and white colourway with dark blue accents that is too busy. Its featured pattern mixed with the lime green holds it back as it’s not a complementary colour scheme. We would recommend avoiding this over-the-top look when you’re creating your ultimate FC 25 team.
